What is the deposit due per cabin?

$200 holds your cabin. This deposit is PER CABIN and fully refundable until November 15, 2026. So grab a girlfriend, your sister, daughter or mother and each pitch in $100 to get your cabin named. This is about as low-risk as it gets for a cruise booking, so book now before cabin space is full!

If I change my mind, can I get my money back?

Absolutely! The original $200 deposit are fully refundable until November 15, 2026. After that date, penalties will apply following RCCL's standard cancelation policy. I'd like to go, but I'm solo. Is that allowed?

Of course! In order to sail solo, we will book your cabin separately and move you into the group so that you receive the same perks as everyone else. Please be aware that Royal Caribbean does charge rather high solo supplements that may make it worthwhile to find a buddy to come along. If you need assistance finding a cabin mate, just reach out and we will post it on the private group Facebook page. You never know who else might be "in the same boat"--pun intended.

Are the prices listed per person or per cabin?

Prices listed in the Tern itinerary are per cabin! However you wish to split those payments up is totally up to you. After the initial deposit is made, we can pay the remainder of the cruise with more than one credit card--making it convenient for you and your bestie to split the tab! Please be mindful that gratuities are NOT currently built into this pricing, so please budget for the extra $55.50 per person on that.

What types of activities on board can we expect as part of this group?

You are welcome to participate in as much or as little as you'd like. Since this is a mixed group sailing, many of the ladies do not yet know each other. It could be a great way to expand your friend circle with other Whimsy Travelers! Or...if you are just looking for a quiet respite with your sister or sister-from-another-mother, that is completely fine too. I do plan to host a few fun on board activities including a scavenger hunt, slots pull, gift exchange, and some social meet ups. These are all completely optional and attendance is NOT required at any function.

Do we have to eat together?

Nope. Reservations can be made with just your friend circle. We can link IDs as needed if you wish to make dining times together. As far as a large group meal, there is not a current plan for this type of gathering. If there is enough interest, I will reach out to the RCCL groups department and inquire about space.

I filled out an inquiry form but only see pricing for double occupancy cabins. Why does my solo/triple/quad cabin pricing show $0?

Royal Caribbean group space is held for double occupancy cabins only. If you need a single, triple or quad cabin that's not a problem, but I will need to quote your pricing outside of the group and move you in. Different terms and conditions may apply for non-double-occupancy rates. Once you complete this inquiry form, I will obtain the correct pricing and terms for your solo, triple, or quad cabin. Locked in pricing is available for double occupancy cabins but I cannot be hold pricing for cabins with more or less than 2 passengers. When you complete this inquiry, the estimate for non-double-occupancy will say $0 until I can get your current cruise fare price. Once you fill out this inquiry, I'll be in touch to answer questions and supply the correct quote for parties that differ from double occupancy.

I want to go but live somewhere other than Florida. What is the best way to keep my costs down?

Let me assist with helping you find a reasonable hotel for the night before! Do you have credit card points or airline loyalty points? Have you checked smaller regional airports? If you don't yet have a credit card that is earning you travel points, now may be the time to look into one.

What is included in this pricing?

Your cruise fare covers your cabin, all of your main dining room meals, the buffet, Sorrento's pizza and other complimentary eateries. It also includes your entertainment while on board--with comedians, musicians, aqua shows, main theater productions, the ice rink, etc. Things that are not included in your pricing are any beverage packages, organized excursions off the ship, specialty restaurants, and gratuities of $55.50 per person. Any of the add-ons can be added prior to the sail date for best savings but can also be purchased while on board.
